Challenge Instructions:
Step #1: read the instructions below.
Step #2: close your eyes and do the following:
Take a deep and slow inhale... and then take a slow exhale... repeat 5 times... each time a little deeper... feel your heart beat.
Visualize yourself as a kid... see your loved ones and those great times in your life... breathe... see yourself right now doing this... breathe... now see yourself in 5 years smiling and feeling healthy, loved and proud of who you have become... one more deep inhale and exhale.
Slowly open your eyes... how do you feel?
